Pre-order service
• to better serve our clients and yours, we recommend that a pre-order be placed for your food requirements. This system provides a larger menu selection for you and your guests to choose from. Simply fill out your Suite Pre-order form and fax it to our office.
• all pre-orders must be received at 12:00 noon the day before the event and on Fridays at noon for Sunday and Monday events.
Food and Beverage Service
• if you are unable to pre-order, a limited menu is available when you arrive. Pre-orders will be priority in our kitchen and same-day orders will be prepared as soon after as possible.
• your food and beverage orders can be placed through your suite attendant.
• all items from your in-suite fridge are sold to you based on consumption. No pre-order of these items are required. As your stock depletes, your suite attendant will replenish items for you. We can customize what is in your fridge to suit your needs. Call our office to make arrangements or speak to your suite attendant.
• the kitchen will close at the beginning of the 3rd period in hockey, or immediately following the intermission during a concert. Service of alcohol will also cease at the end of the second intermission or thirty minutes before the end of a concert in conjunction with BC Liquor Laws.
• each suite attendant serves 4-6 suites. If you require more personal service, a “private suite attendant” can be provided to you at a cost of $50.00. Requests for this service should be made through our office no less than 3 business days prior to the event.
*an adult over 19 must be in attendance for the fridge to be opened. The legal drinking age in B.C. is 19 and it is the responsibility of the adult in attendance to help us ensure that no underage drinking takes place in the suites. Please be reminded that all alcoholic beverages must remain inside the Box suites at all times. Beverages purchased on the concourse level will not be allowed on the suite leve.
*please ensure you have a safe ride home. Our attendants would be happy to call a taxi for you.
Suite set-up
• each suite is equipped with a chafing unit (for hot foods), all necessary plates, cutlery and cups, as well as napkins and wine glasses.
• all items are cleaned and re-stocked at the end of the event.
• Chilliwack Food and Beverage Ltd. will be ready to provide service to you and your guests, one hour prior to an event.
• once you have arrived, your suite attendant will unlock your in-suite fridge and snack cupboard for your access. A credit card will be necessary.
Payment and Suite Transactions
• all transactions are to be settled at the end of the event.
• we accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, Cash and company cheques with prior approval from the management of Chilliwack Food and Beverage Ltd.
• we can provide separate guest checks and cash and carry for your guests. Please let your suite attendant know that you request this service, at the beginning of the event. Please note that it can take up to 15 minutes to process these bills at the end of an event.
• we recommend that a representative from each suite remain to sign the bill and take a copy following the event. Requests for receipts that come to the office will require a $25.00 administrative fee.
• a 15% service charge will be applied to your bill to cover gratuities for servers, cooks and dishwashers. Any additional tipping is at your discretion.
